Media Consent Form
Throughout the school year, Yick Wo Alternative Elementary may take photos or video recordings of students during classroom activities, school events, or field trips. These media may be used only for educational or school fundraising purposes, including:
School website
Newsletters
Social media posts
Class communications (e.g., teacher emails or apps)
Yearbook
We are active on social media to highlight the vibrant learning and community life at Yick Wo. Sharing positive moments from our school helps us build awareness and promote high enrollment, which is especially important in these times of district-wide budget cuts.
Please note that students will not be identified by name in any public-facing media.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by contacting the Yick Wo PTO.
