This is Yick Wo’s annual spring fundraiser. The parent-teacher organization collects donations from parents, staff, and local businesses and sets up an online auction website. In addition, an in-person auction event is held at a local restaurant where bidding is held via a silent auction. This year’s auction theme will be the “Roaring 20s.”

We collect donations of nut-free candy and treats for distribution to all students on Halloween. The parent-teacher organization sets up a parade route for all students with volunteers distributing the candy and treats. All students and staff are encouraged to wear costumes.

It’s time for our Panda Chase fundraising event at Yick Wo, and it’s a blast chasing the Yick Wo Panda! We’re on a mission to raise funds for the school. Please consider making a donation to support our kids and fund programs like Art, Outdoor Education, Physical Education, Reading, Math Intervention, and more.
This event is organized by Yick Wo dads and will take place at Francisco Middle School on Saturday, October 21st, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.

This is a free social event for all Yick Wo families at Francisco Park. Swenson’s Ice Cream and toppings will provided by the PTO.
We will need volunteers to assist in picking up ice cream and supplies, setting up, distributing ice cream, and cleaning up.
At this event, parents meet their child’s teacher, visit their child’s classroom and learn about their child’s class. Free childcare and pizza is provided for Yick Wo students. Principal Sanchez, the PTO, the SSC, and the ELAC will also provide brief presentations/announcements.
Join us for a community pickle ball game at the courts near Presidio Wall Playground. Parents can bring their own paddles and join a game while the kids can hang out on the playground. Pleas join us for a fun social event to kick off the school year!
